"Complicated" has many degrees...like changing a light bulb; while on the surface it would seem to be a simple task but if that light bulb is located atop a 700 foot cell tower it's a bit more complex than it would seem initially. And in all the years I've been monitoring requests this is only the second time I've personally heard of the need to do this. If this is truly a serious impediment for you I think the best option would be for you to move back to hosting AC locally where you'll have more flexibility to alter documents received from other parties.
