Ryanjo, I already suggested her to use Dragon and bought her a non medical to try out couple years back.But she is 'slow' to think how to say but quick with her fingers, and time to learn the software. She hate new things! Probably after 20 years in practice, she 120% burned out and ready to crash any minutes.... So DNS is out of questions.
