Walter,
I had to brush up a bit a pig does have a bicornuate uterus but bicornuate is not two separate uteri.
Duplex have two separate uteri/cervixes--possum, mice, rabbits
bipartite--single cervix two uteri--deer, mouse elks and cats
bicornuate--upper part of cervix separate, lower part fused--dogs and pigs
simplex-- one uterus and cervix--humans and upper primates
also the bears mating season is the spring and the fertilized egg is called a blastocyst which floats in the uterus and does not develop unless implanted later in fall if the sow is nutritionally able otherwise it is absorbed by the uterus.
Sandeep--thank you
