Thanks, Bert for your detailed explanation. Unfortunately, it just hasn't worked out. I have spent most of the last 3 hours working on this. The drivers indeed correctly installed, and I also did the Windows update drivers. No matter what , it gives me the same configuration on the previewed (and printed) scripts, both on my Windows 7 pc and the Vista 64-bit pc's.
I just think AC needs to get on it and fix it in the next iteration.... I can't imagine it being so difficult, esp since it was working fine on v5 and before.... frustrating, indeed.
