I agree that it could be a different version of the driver - although as part of V6.1.1. we found that the main issue was our new Crystal Reports build set the default paper size as standard letter, and not the correct size of 104mm x 200mm.
Is it possible to have a drop down menu to choose different paper sizes 104mm x 204 mm, Letter, A4 ....
