The software and the printer have to work together. If AC is set to print regular scripts it can be set to print one to a page and up to four to a page. But, it is the print driver (say HP 1100) that ultimately decides the way it will be printed. You could choose landmark or portrait, etc.

In this case, the TSP print driver is compatible with XP, WIN 7 32-bit and 64-bit, etc. It is the driver that needs to be told whether you want A4 or what. Back in XP, the nummber of selections of the Star printer were five times the amount now. If you chose 104 mm times 200 mm, that is what you got. At that point, we would use 104 x 140 as the default.
