tech support gave me a print driver that was over 3 years old and did not work on my TSP.
then they told me it was my network.
I'm sorry but the TSP worked fine in V5, then all of a sudden stopped working when I installed v6. The TSP works just fine when I spool any other document to it. It's not my network and it's not my TSP that are the problem, it's v6.
I agree w/ Dr. Prieto above.
I've had all combinations of the microscopic sized font, the extra page spit out at the end (which is wasting my expensive C-II paper by the way), the 1/4 of a script printed on the paper spread over 4 sheets of Rx.
I'm really really really unhappy about the problems with AC interfacing w/ the TSP. ESPECIALLY when the TSP is advertised right in AC Program. and ESPECIALLY when it worked fine before.
Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
