The TSP did work on my sole Windows 7 pc but not on any of my Windows Vist 64 bit machines; I worked for an hour with John from tech support (above), to no avail. I was able to do the "sharing" trick, though, and now I just print scripts to the TSP via my windows 7 pc, where the printer is shared. Bizarre that one has to go through this roundabout, but at least its working.
My only other gripe, which I may have posted previously (above) , is that if I need to print several scripts to the TSP, they have to be printed one by one; otherwise, the scripts just come out as a long strip of prescription paper with several scripts back to back. Back in the V5 days, one had the option on AC in TSP800 Format of selecting "full page", and then you could send numerous scripts to the TSP, and it would print and cut them individually; not sure if anyone has looked at this issue yet??
To Adam (above), I certainly sympathize with your frustration; I would ask if you have tried v 6.1.1 TSP printing on a windows 7 machine? That seemed to be the trick for me....
