If a print bug caused AC to crash and become unusable every time you wanted to print something, it would have been fixed immediately
Actually, I don't even know if that would be fixed anymore. Can't fix the EMR when we have to get that PM out.
I feel your pain Ed. I am working with Star Micronics development to look for an answer. Scary that we would have to do all the work.
