Weird that in V6.1.1, some find it is working great (including our own internal QA team), but others clearly are still having issues as noted above.
I agree that it could be a different version of the driver - although as part of V6.1.1. we found that the main issue was our new Crystal Reports build set the default paper size as standard letter, and not the correct size of 104mm x 200mm.
I've asked our QA and TS (Tech Support, aka Guardian Angel Support team) to follow this thread and look into the problem. Check back soon....
