Can you be more specific? The driver does have the drop downs, of which the only two that would ever work properly would be 104 x receipt or 104 x 200.
The letter one is interesting as it seems to default back to "Letter" many times, which Star Micronics is looking at.
There is no settings on the printer. Are you talking about in AC itself? It still would need to use the Star print driver.
