I could not get the Star TSP800 printer to work with version 6.0.10 of amazing charts despite trying Bert's tricks. None of the 7 computers in my office would print anything but a postage stamp sized prescription.
Hopefully a future version of amazing charts will resolve this bug.
In the meantime, I have reverted to just printing out prescriptions (that I can't electronically prescribe), 4 to a letter sized security paper page. That works, but not as slick as the TSP800.
