I don't have a TSP printer, so I can't comment on this fix. I will say this: I VERY much appreciate Tech Support's appearance here. At the very least this is a means to disseminate fixes and other information to users who are struggling with problems and have not heard the answer from Tech Support. At best it can provide some synergy towards finding solutions.
As I said, I don't have a TSP now, but based on Bert's post ("If you wrote 44 cents for the sig, you would have a nice postage stamp") my plan is to buy one and start using it for postage for the office.
