The drivers are actually already on your computer IF you are using WIN 7. You would do your regular install of the printer and when you get to the window that asks you to browse to the print driver or select Windows Update, you select Windows Update. Windows will then find all of the drivers embedded in your OS from Star Micronics and then give you the option of choosing one. You would then select TSP800 (847).
