We have identified an issue with printing to the TSP800 printer on V6.1.1 . This issue appears to only exist when printing scripts to the TSP800 when the TSP800 is not the default printer (on the computer printing the script). Printing to the TSP800 works correctly if it is set as the default printer. When the TSP800 is not the default printer (and the default printer has a letter size paper as the default), scripts print using only part of the TSP800 paper.
This doesn?t seem to be an issue with the TSP800II which prints correctly even if it?s not the default printer.
The development team is aware of the issue and looking for a fix.
