Hello - We convert all incoming fax to pdf and load relevant patient related data into AC. Once the pdfs are in AC, our front-office person forwards the docs to the doctor for sign-off. In AC version 3.7x we were able to select multiple scanned documents (labs etc.,) and sign-off.

After upgrading to 4.0.52 version there does not seem to be the ability to select multiple docs for sign-off. Could someone please let me know if we are not doing something, skipping a screen etc? This is getting to be really annoying.
