Oh, just a side on the updox (which would prob be better in a separate thread but...) we tried using this too and it did show promise but we had a problem. My wife and I are the two docs for the practice, and unfortunately, no matter which provider name we picked to be the sign off provider when importing with updox, everything kept going to my wife's inbox...sorta annoyed her! Not sure if that is a know issue or just some type of glitch for us, but we ended up just using the system above. That way my employees can sort out and organize all the crap coming into the office instead of me having to do it.
Hate to admit it but I wasnt smart enough to come up with the "From" button click idea - it was my wife's...I better give her credit in case she reads this someday!
