I agree w/ you, the stuff that doesn't need to be viewed by you would be nice to have it turned off. Here's a couple tips:

1) my faxes come in as PDF's rather than paper. I review the faxes, take appropriate action, then place them in a shared network folder called "OK TO FILE." My staff looks at this continuously through the day and files when they have time between calls. When my inbox clutters up, I double click one of the items to be signed, click "Check all" at the bottom of the multiple sign-off window, the click "sign."

this totally avoids having to go into individual charts, which is VERY slow. I've already reviewed these PDF's when they originally came in. So consider reviewing them before they are imported into AC

2) once you do the above step, anything that shows up but does not require you to sign, you can simply delete those notifications.
