Our labs are coming in via PAML. The problem is, all the test are reported separate. So when I may have ordered a CMP, lipid profile and TSH, I have to sign off 3 separate labs! Imagine how many labs are in there when you have just a few (or many) people who get them done...
It can be overwhelming to face an inbox full of items that I don't need to see that have to be signed off as well as labs and messages - not to mention any charts I've not completed.
I've not been keeping up with what to expect with V4, but it sounds like I'll soon have reason to celebrate a bit.
