So far I haven't jumped into having stuff go right into the messaging system. My incoming faxes stay paper until we're done with our response and then it gets scanned with handwritten annotations. The only exception is the Labcorp interface which is awesome and comes directly into the patients chart and the mailbox.
Version 4 is probably going to change my work flow. It is much better arranged for handling the incoming stuff and I'll probably start having everything get scanned first. Which means I might just have the faxes come into an e-mail system or updox.
