I am an Updox groupie myself, and would rather live in New York than be without Updox (sorry!)
However, I would email Charlie at support@updox.com--this is the quickest and best way to get help and Charlie is the best!!!
My nurse has experienced this at times, but I am not sure how to walk you through correcting the problem.
