... hanging or becoming very slow when editing/saving a document? Just wondering if others are encountering this issue.
I have definitely noticed the same behavior, sometimes several times a day, sometimes not for several days. I can't show it to Customer Service, since I can't reproduce it. To recover I have to restart Updox.
I haven't been too aggressive pursuing it, since we process over a thousand documents a month with Updox, and it happens to 5-10 of these.
