More questions...if you have a fax board, how does it interact directly with AC? Do you have to use another program to be able to annotate the faxed items (i.e. reports)? How easy is it to insert these into AC after that, and (assuming you have them in a OCR form), where in AC do they "go"? Directly into a patient chart? Is the information on the scanned item retrievable?
