You would still need some software in order to mark up the faxes, either Updox, Paperport or Adobe (Adobe reader X). If you use Paperport or adobe, you could drag your files into the IMPORTED ITEMS in AC. These files would reside on your server in folders corresponding to AC chart #'s. The information scanned is retrievable by looking at the pages but you wouldn't be able to search for specific things printed on these pages without some sort of OCR software.
If you use Updox, you could mark up the faxes, sign them off and file them easily.
