1. Yes, Wayne, Updox templates and forms are on their server. It is easy to download Updox to your home computer, and documents created there are available at work. As you noted, you are not connected to your AC database though.
2. Yes, Updox receives emails. As you said, they do not have any cost so are a good way to keep your page count down. You can receive a notification (or copy) of the email at your home address, or you can simply have it go to the Updox workspace.
