It is my understanding that if a patient has an email account in AC that the demographic information, including the email will be transmitted to Updox. However to create a portal account in Updox you have to go to address book and click on create account then the portal will be formed in Updox-- I hope this helps--and I would love to see NYC one of these days--I was just yanking your chain.
