On an impulse last week, I downloaded Updox for a Free Trial and had a demo.
WOW! !!BAMM!!
My first impression was so strong I've started to transfer my patients from RelayHealth.
But of course, there is always a problem somewhere.
My first one is: UpDox is supposed to automatically create a Portal Account for any patient that has an email address stored in AC. Yes, I did check the box to activate this feature. But its not working consistently. It appears some patients have had the portal account created, and some did not.
If I proceed to send the patient something, Updox will then go ahead and create the portal account...but also send me a message that it did so. I really don't want all of those messages. Any suggestions?
