I had mentioned the practice-wide messaging to Charlie about a month ago,and I believe he said it they were working on that capability--so that may be coming soon.
Also one other feature you will likely find or have found is the letter writing from AC to the portal account in the office or remotely is very user friendly.
One thing to consider about the forms, it is quite easy to make a template for mammogram and pap smear results that each time the report comes in my nurse will attach the normal pap letter to the report and send it to the patient portal and then to AC with one maneuver which saves her time. So I don't have to go and write the letter as well, but this is saved in AC. So you can create the forms or templates in stages as well, but if I had to do it over again I would have implemented creating the pap and mammo letter attachment earlier on.
