Hello all. This seems to be a new issue. We're on version 12.0.0. and we use ACPM for new patient registrations. For some reason, when I register a new patient, their insurance information isn't carrying over from ACPM to AC, unless I open the AC chart and click "Refresh ACPM Insurance". Has anyone else had this issue?

It's only been in the last week or so that this has occurred. The doctor will enter an order and the insurance doesn't print, so I have to click the button first then he or I have to redo his orders.

Sorry we don't use ACPM.
