This is NOT a defense of AC support, but to say "we are paying thousands for GA support" is a bit of an exaggeration.
What seems odd to me is that just a couple hours before your post, another user posted ("ERx adding to sig line") and seemingly got good support in just a few minutes.
Something is not right, but I am not sure what it is....
