After several years of excellent, prompt support from the Guardian Angel Service, the past 2m have been horrible: long waits, unhelpful help, and for the past 6 weeks, silence in spite of many requests for help with the crash-on-script-writing problem.
Is anyone getting any help/response from our $3000/y "Service"?
