Hi Naeem,
Are your crashing PCs all the same brand of All-in-one?
If they're using the same video adapter as shown in device manager, that would be interesting.

Do you have non-crashing PCs that aren't All-in-ones?
If so, they might be using a different video adapter.
And their immunity would seem to rule out any bizarre network-related problem.
If you have only All-in-ones, it might be worth installing AC on a laptop and seeing if it runs AC on your server without crashing.

You may have already done this, but it's always worth checking for updated drivers (not just video) on the manufacturer's site.
Dell is good about this through the service tag.
HP usually has a program installed to check for updates.

I'm fascinated by your comment:
"For some reason, when AC is restarted after the crash, it does not crash when the script writer is used on the same patient."
It could be just a matter of the crash taking a while to be triggered.
But if a crash-and-restart gets a single patient reliably past the problem, then it sounds as if the bug is on the server.
I'm baffled by how a bug on the server would know to crash only certain Windows 10 systems, much less leave them alone until a new patient came along.
Cheers,
