My local tech support looked at my log files and it is a .dll error from an UNHANDLED EXCEPTION causing the whole AC code stack to crash. He says "all unhandled exceptions need to be handled." It's an error in your code, and your company needs to no longer send us paying customers on wild goose chases with fake fixes that don't work. Your company needs to invest the development code team time in fixing the problem in the source code. This is from my local tech support, an experienced coder. Also, he says her .net framework software is many generations behind and outdated.
