More than 3 yrs ago we got winfax pro 10.03 installed on my workstation. I got this for 25$ on ebay. We get 100% of faxes this way.
I go through the faxes when I get chance/end of day, convert them into Pdf using primopdf and save in medical records clerks mailbox- a folder in her C drive, she will import to patients record.
