I don't know how to make faxes show up in the AC Inbox, but I had faxes coming to another inbox on my computer, and I sorted them out to eliminate junk. It was VERY TIME CONSUMING, so I gave up and went back to paper faxing. It may work if the recepionist gets faxes into her inbox and sorts them out, but still paper faxing seems to be less time consuming FOR ME (may be more time consuming for my employees, but less for me).
