I did not purchase Paperport at all...it was free with my Brother copier. There were no license limits so it is loaded on every pc in my office (9). The incoming faxes and susequent folders are then shared across my network so that every station can pull them up and move them hither and yon as needed. Works great for me. Let me know how you make out.
