You are correct about UpDox. We tend to forget about it after awhile. Andrew Barbash is the CEO, I believe. I have met him once. He has tons of energy and ideas. It is a very reasonable solution. You can also link it with OneBox to do even more or use OneBox for an answering service. Adam can tell you a lot more about that than I.
