As far as the fax machines, I would strongly suggest contacting the sales department of the company and make sure they tell you that it is networkable, PD to Fax and Fax to PC capable and that they will exchange it, if not.
Paul, I would encourage you to contact Adam who has the same AIO Fax/Scanner, etc. as I do but went out and got one of the Fujitsu ScanSnaps for just scanning. His staff loves it, because it is so fast.
Another idea. Given we have 2,000 users or just as that, maybe Jon could contact Fujitsu and Brother, ets. and ask them for a discount -- say 15%.
