You are right, everyone has their way.
I think the fax topic is the deadest horse on the web. But, I still like paperless. Except for the rare occasion at night when I have to manually fax something, I never touch the fax machine. It's so helpful to just have the staff label the faxes so I can see them on FA and import, delete, save for later, etc. Again, everyone is different, but it seems to save me so much time for all the scans, faxes, etc. to be in one place.
