So not sure if I'm the only ACITC user that is having this issue.... We participate in CCM with Cosan, RPM with TrueBlue, we have two ACO's that we work with (commercial and Medicare), each of which has various folks that need access to AC for chart reviews, coding, pharmacy, quality measures, and so forth. And then to boot, we have insurance plans that want to have access to pull medical records for coding gaps (Humana, Health First, etc), and as such, they send over various different medical reviewer to access and pull charts at any given time.

As you can imagine, this creates quite an issue on several fronts: (a) the sheer number of user seats that need to be paid for, (b) keeping track of all the users across all those other organizations, including new hires and new fires, and (c) having to provide a user seat to someone who may only need it one time in their life for a few hours to pull some charts, and then I never see them again.

It was difficult to manage all this with RDP, but now with the new Citrix environment , I can't just let people "borrow" my user seat for a few hours anymore, nor can I have maybe two ACO employees share a user seat. The Citrix environment immediately boots out a user when someone else logs into another device with the same credentials.

Just throwing this out there to see if anyone has this same dilemma, and what perhaps they may have done to mitigate having to create and manage literally dozens of AC user seats?
