And there is no explanation why? And this is the most frustrating.
I am lucky that through local hospital I got a free license to use freestanding Allscripts.
It is much more reliable and they do notify by email if they are down or doing technical updates.

I agree. I generally don't even look at the Prescription Status as it really doesn't matter any way. I guess failures due to an extent.

The thing that frustrated me, and maybe not all pharmacies do this, is that most pharmacies will just say, they didn't send us a prescription. Rather than "We have not received it yet, or some times they forget to send them, some times we lose them and some times they plain don't get here. Let me call your doctor so we can get you your prescription."

I turn completely into passive-aggressive mode, when I get a page from the patient saying, "You didn't send the prescription."
