Adam, I have had some problems this past week. I have been in contact with Amazing Charts. There seems to be a problem with New Crop in this instance. I would email Anthony at Amazing Charts (atierno@amazingcharts.com) and let him know about your problems so he can check it out.
I don't know what is going on with Anthony, but NewCrop states they notify each office when they are down. I still wonder who they are talking to and what is the strategy once done.
