I noticed that they day after the President and CEO emailed me, I haven't had a down time. Not saying that they are personally looking out for me, lol. But, all in all, they have been having trouble with their servers, et. al., and they realize they need to step it up.
It's interesting that I received no comment on my ePrescribe Status suggestion. I thought it worked pretty well, lol.
