Rxs leave NewCrop connect to SureScripts then to the pharmacy. If there are issues with SureScripts NewCrop notifies the EMR than they are to notify the providers
Wendy Farris said it in several emails. My guess is they do notify AC, and there is no plan as to how to inform us. I did email a person I know there. We will see.
