There are always two issues.
One with pharmacies pretending that they never received specific prescription.
The second one when eprescribe gives a notice that prescriptions failed being sent to pharmacies.
And there is no explanation why? And this is the most frustrating.
I am lucky that through local hospital I got a free license to use freestanding Allscripts.
It is much more reliable and they do notify by email if they are down or doing technical updates.
