Thanks for your prompt reply. I apologize for not following up. Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to work on the computers since my last email but will do so this weekend. I know a little bit about computers but most definitely not a pro. (I used a part time IT person who installed the hardware but I am not sure he knows the software that much either). After tinkering with it 2 weekends ago, I was able to fax out from the server but not from from the workstations. So for now, the faxes comes in automatically through the server but we fax out manually. Is your offer to remote in still good? That sounds real tempting...Perhaps if I can't get it to work inspite of your detailed instructions? Thanks!
