Yes, and I find the same is true of treating patients for hepatitis C or doing an upper endoscopy. The question is whether you want to choose a career path that requires you to make the effort to learn these things.

Thank you, Sanjeev for voicing your opinion. I maintain that this particular thought is held by the majority of physicians, not the minority. But it seems to get me in trouble in some circles for saying so.
