Lately we have had patients who had lost their insurance and the insurance had been removed or inactivated from the demographic. However when encounter sheets are printed for visits the insurance is still showing up on the encounter sheet. Is there anyway this can be removed since I cannot find anywhere where it is insurance is listed in the patient's chart. Is just happening for others?.
