ACPM had an outage from noon Sunday to early Monday morning for a subset of users. Most users were not affected by this outage. The cause of the outage was totally separate and distinct from the outage 2 weeks prior and also much less serious. During our routine maintenance, the system did not restart correctly. Due to the nature of this error, an alert was not sent to system operators but we have corrected this for any future similar errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to your practice.
