I have a physician who comes in and covers for me on Thursdays so I can take the day off. I did not mind paying the support for her one day of work when it was relatively affordable but now I am going to find it very annoying.
I also agree that in some ways we are putting the cart before the horse. The comparisons that Jon made were all full featured EMRs that include integrated PM systems which AC is not. I don't think you should charge more for the promise of a better future. Once the product is delivered THEN you raise the price. Just sayin'...
